Among Users, Muv.ac distinguishes between "Candidates" (Muv.ac understands candidates to be the users, physical people, who access the website and use Muv.ac's services to gain access to offers of employment or similar offers) and to "Clients" (Muv.ac understands clients to be legal entities or representatives of a group which gain access to the website and use the services of Muv.ac to offer employment or make similar offers and to find candidates).
The goal of the website is to facilitate contact between Clients and Candidates, by creating a platform incorporating a job pool through the website, Internet and/or any other existing mode of dissemination or communication. In this sense, Muv.ac’s goal is to facilitate submission of applications by Candidates and their access to offers of employment and similar offers, and to enable Clients to post offers of employment or similar offers, to evaluate and handle applications received.
The User is obliged to make correct use of the website in accordance with the law, good faith, public order, legal uses of traffic and this Legal Notice. The User will answer to Muv.ac or a third party for any damages and injuries which could arise as a consequence of failing to fulfil this obligation.
The company will not be held responsible for any damages which may be caused to the User, in the event that it becomes impossible to provide any of the web services indicated, due to outside causes, unforeseeable events, or acts of God not attributable to the Company.

Registered clients who contract the services offered by Muv.ac shall pay the amount charged to them on the bill which they receive, based on the Fees posted at the time such services are contracted, within the time indicated. See Fees.
