Summary of Terms of Use

1. MUV.AC is a web application for users over the age of 14.

2. It is prohibited to supply fake personal information when registering. Personal information must be correct, complete and correspond to a physical person.

3. MUV.AC acts only as an intermediary or mediator with respect to the service, and is in no way responsible for the content that users includes.

4. MUV.AC reserves the right to investigate or remove any content that they believe may go against their Terms of Use.

5. The following is PROHIBITED:

  • Copying images uploaded by other users in order to distribute them inside or outside of MUV.AC.
  • Uploading and/or retaining any information that could be considered, racist, violent, pornographic, abusive, misleading, illegal or that attacks the honor of any other person.
  • Use the service to injure, defame, intimidate, or accost.
  • Use the service illegally or in any way that could put MUV.AC at risk.
  • Introduce any software that could harm MUV.AC and/or its systems.
  • Utilize the service to SPAM or to send out any commercial messages with the purpose of collecting user data.
  • To collect or compile e-mail addresses or other information of other users in order to send unsolicited messages not allowed.

6. You cannot use any other person's private data and impersonate them on MUV.AC.

7. When any user uploads content, they guarantee that they have all rights that relate to that content, and license MUV.AC to all rights that are needed to upload that content to the website.

8. MUV.AC will not be responsible for any interactions between users. The only responsible party in disputes between users will be the users themselves, although MUV.AC will do all that they can to ensure that all users respect the Terms of Use and Spanish law.

9. The publication of any URL or web content within MUV.AC’s domain outside of the page without MUV.AC’s express written consent is prohibited.
